Social Media & Customer Service – Cutting Through The Hype

The following presentation provides an introduction to Social Customer Service. I’ve delivered it to an audience at CCExpo 2011 and members of the Welsh Contact Centre Forum during 2011. An updated version is now being presented for 2012 at various conferences such as the Professional Planning Forum. The presentation normally lasts an hour. However since the format  presented here is ‘slides only’  i.e. no voice over you will be able to click through much faster!
